Friendly staff in person. But clear your schedule if you plan to call and get a hold of anyone to make an appointment or speak with an operator. Missed my phone call appointment by 1 min as I immediately called back just to get my blood work results. Was on hold for over 50 minutes to then be disconnected. Attempted to call the next day early, still waited 40 min to reach a person to take the call to be put back on hold and disconnected after 50 min. At best a patient should only be on hold for at least 4–15min. I’m still on hold as I’m writing this review for over 55min. Fortunately I can change offices but others probably don’t have that luxury. Choose your office carefully. Lessened learned. Moving on…
