Please do not waste your time with them. When you call they seem friendly but there is just this one particular person that answers the phones now and she's very rude. And disrespectful this place use to be a great it's too bad that will no longer be getting my services with them because of how I am talked too as a patient and as a person.

Apicha is definitely not perfect and I've had my frustrations with them - constantly changing doctors, sometimes extremely long waits, almost having pre-op results sent to my surgeon too late despite calling multiple times a week after they forgot to send them... But over the last 5-6 years I've been going to them they've been *usually* reliable and helpful. The staff is not exactly always cheery, but I've never experienced any rudeness. It can be really useful if you need somewhere to handle both trans PCP care, plus having blood/STI testing is so convenient. I'd say they're a 3.5, so I'm rounding up :)

Date: January 31st Time: Around 2:20 PM Issue: When I called the front desk to schedule an appointment, the receptionist was extremely rude and impatient. She answered the phone in a nasty tone, immediately asked me to hold, and didn't allow me to explain my needs. Upon returning, she asked for my birthdate and then went silent. When I tried to explain my appointment needs, she interrupted with an attitude, insisting SHE already knew what I wanted. This behavior is completely unacceptable. If she can't handle the job, she shouldn't be there.

The clinic is a complete mess. My doctor is excellent, her work and her dedication are incredible. Nurses, I think not all are careless but they need to improve, many times they don't know what they are doing. I Reception staff always have a face that says they want to end the day, they are not empathetic at all. Honestly, they need to improve a lot. In general, if you go alone to your PCP and focus on that, there is no problem at all, but if you go, everyone will defend themselves and the patient will end up losing.

This clinic has been my lifeline for trans care and general care since I moved to the city part time, and then full time. Only complaint is sometimes when they call it's an immediate hangup from their side.
