Genuinely one of the best property management companies I’ve ever worked with - I just moved in to one of Anchor NW’s buildings and had such a pleasant and seamless experience from start to finish. They are incredibly quick to respond, every single employee I’ve interacted with has been so kind and helpful throughout the process, and they did everything to make sure I was satisfied and taken care of. Would highly recommend this organization and their properties, they do a great job!

I recently moved to Oregon after living in the South for years. The people at Anchor NW made this move so nice and easy. Tina is absolutely amazing! She was very honest, transparent, and passionate about her job. Megan was super timely and quick to answer any Questions during the application process. Amelia and Haley have been great during the process of getting the move-in arranged. Sean provided a great tour and was very knowledgeable about the process on move-in day. I’m excited to see where this goes. As I was moving in, one guy said that he loves living here and it’s been a great experience ☺️.

Recently moved into Yukon flats on Milwaukie and honestly , it’s been an amazing experience from the very first conversation . We been new in town , don’t really know much about neighborhoods here and actually never saw the unit in person beforehand. But let me tell ya , Tina , our incredible leasing representative , made us feel completely at ease . She send over details , videos , answered every single may silly question we had :) 😆with patience and good vibes and promised we would love the unit . Oh boy , well , she was not wrong . The apartment is everything she said it would be . It’s rare these days to deal with someone in real estate who doesn’t overhype or sugarcoat things , but Tina kept it real the whole way through. No hidden surprises , no vague answers, just honesty , kindness and a clear commitment to make sure we are happy . If you considering Yukon flats , we highly recommend it and if Tina is your point of contact , you are in excellent hands !👍
