Chris (Mold Department Manager), Jennifer (department assistant), and Bud (technician) are fantastic people. Mold appeared in our attic 4 years after the installation of our new roof. After sending one of their inspector, Chris came over to further investigate and concluded it was caused by an improper airflow (not enough air intake). His findings were confirmed by other companies. Even though we are still working on treating the airflow issue, we contacted them to schedule a mold removal and Jennifer was able to schedule us the same week. The all treatment process only took 3 hours and Bud was really friendly, respectful, and hardworking. Hopefully we won't need their services again but for sure if we did, we would contact them again. We highly recommend them to anyone who are dealing with mold.
