If I can give a 0 star, I would. Avoid this business at all cost. My husband is self employed and I looked up a new tax service. Little did we know this business is a nightmare. -Anh-Thu Nguyen was our business tax rep and she apparently doesn't know how our S-Corp business works. -Have multiple people contacting us(even people from oversea, apparently they have merged with a company oversea) for documents that we have provided multiple times. And asked us again for the documents. Not to mention very confusing and unnerving to have multiple people reaching out. -Charged $2100 to file business tax, they screw up on the numbers and charged us again $800 to amend the tax. -Our bookkeeper said that Alpha B group people ask questions that they should know. Which is very concerning. -Filed our business tax on the very last day that was due with extension which is 09/15 of every year. With me keep on inquiring her on what is going on with our tax. -Bookkeeping service was also a nightmare. We asked if they can help us file our sales tax for California. They files for one business (we have two business) and audit came, we were owe on sales tax not paid. ALPHA B GROUP COST US $ 10000.00 IN INTEREST AND PENALTIES for the sales tax. And they take no responsibility for it. -They are 100% remote business which is fine but they should know what they're doing. -Two years of tax nightmare with them and we are done. -AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST!!!
