This is my second home that I selected Alert 360 monitoring. Mark came out to my home and provided an overview of what security measures would be most beneficial. He was patient while sharing all the necessary information for me to make decisions. I was scheduled for a Saturday appointment as requested. Brad was the installer who was great from start to finish. He walked me through the entire process and made helpful recommendations.
