    Bought a DR Horton home and they come with ADT installation of security and panel. Was given a 2 hour window of noon to 2 pm. Guy calls at 1230pm tells me he's going to be a little late. Okay maybe closer to 2pm. At 6pm I hit him up asking if he's coming. Says yes he will be there at 620pm that he's on his way. 7pm the guy finally comes knocking at door. 7 hours late?! How is that even possible?! Not to mention I left work early just to accommodate them on a day I'm on overtime costing me a ton of money

    You have to sign up for a multi year contract that I wasn’t fully informed of, that’s not the worst part.. the problem is, you get free technical support over the phone that will not solve an issue.. for the first 90 days they will send out a tech free of charge, after 90 days that tech service will cost you $65 up front, so every other month when the system fails i have to pay more to have it fixed, if you try to opt out of the service entirely you will have to pay 100% of the remaining contract, this is NOT FAIR for a system that keeps failing, seems like a LEMON LAW should be in affect. When i called the representative that sold me on the system he says “sorry it’s out of my hands” type of thing.. he should be ashamed of that type of customer relationship.. if anyone were interested in a class action lawsuit against ADT, I would definitely be onboard.. ADT it’s your system and you should fix it when it fails, i pay $70 a month for your headache.. I guarantee that when my contract is up it will be cancelled and i will never recommend your company to anyone
