I am a long time Adobe user professionally and personally. I recently tried to cancel my Acrobat Pro subscription and found that I was also being charged $5.99 for AI services I never signed up for. When I went to the website to cancel the Pro plan and the AI assistant, which I never signed up for, I was charged $79.96 to cancel the Pro plan and $19.99 for the AI services. I'm beyond annoyed at this. It's a racket and horrible business practice. After paying to cancel the subscriptions, I also found I couldn't remove my credit card from the account. Adobe charging for cancellation of a month is a cash grab. I will no longer use this program personally - I'm deeply disappointed with their policies and poor navigation of their website in trying to rectify this issue.
