I visited your store recently and noticed there was a tasting event happening, which I thought was a great idea. However, the person running the tasting didn’t speak English, which made communication very difficult. Additionally, she seemed more focused on her phone call than interacting with customers. It would be much more effective if future tasting events were staffed with someone who speaks English and is genuinely engaged with visitors. It would make the experience much more enjoyable and helpful
