Do not go here! I lost my accountant and scrambled to find a new one for 2021 last year. He was recommended to me by a colleague years ago, so I thought I give him a try. - Super nice initial intro conversation. I was excited, but then very poor follow up, lack of communication and overall customer service. - He did a very low estimated state taxes for 2022 (for which I'm paying now a penalty) - No guidance on estimated federal for 2022. He gave me a super low number, I paid more just to be on the safe side. I was right. He's a super nice guy, but that is about it. They are not organized. I would never recommend him. UPDATE: I'm no longer a client. Got an email in April with an attached extension document. I called and email saying, I'm no longer a customer. Approx. 2 weeks later, I got an email saying my extension was filed. I was so angry! I called to tell them "what the eff is going on over there"? I was promised a called back. Though I will follow up with them next week, I'm not holding my breath. THIS ACCOUNTING FIRM IS HORRIBLE.
