    We have had WVS for 22 years and had a billing problem awhile ago which was resolved by Richard, the owner. Today we had a slight issue and a sweet gal, Jennifer helped resolve it, lickety split ! Thank you Jennifer for being such a great help and employee ! The Phillips

    I had called several times to resolve a technical issue. I was told someone would get back to me, no one did. Other times I sat on hold for close to an hour. When I finally decided to schedule a cancelation, my service was scheduled immediately, before the date I put in their request form. My alarm rang every time we opened a door for three minutes. I could no longer access the app to disarm. I called, no one answered. For two days. As I am trying to resolve this issue, the company is refusing to help me reinstate service. I now have a gap in coverage, which is frustrating as crime in my area is on the rise. As the Holidays approach and we have planned trips out of town we no longer have the comfort of a security system.

    An Awful experience for the last 3-4 years... Consistently having issues with our alarm system.. As I sit here now planning to write my cancelation letter my alarm system is showing a yellow hazard sign and chirping every 10 seconds. Not full alarm mind you, just a chirp EVERY 10 SECONDS. This is our 5th time of this coming up this month and every time I call a rep they try to reset and fix for a while... Ultimately they say my security box is now outdated and we will need to buy an upgrade. Our cameras don't work correctly, their cloud system had issues storing videos correctly, they don't give good service and cant solve problems with the equipment that they provided. We will be canceling our service and switching to a much cheaper option like Arlo, or Ring or a combination of the two. My two cents, DO NOT move forward with this company they don't stand behind their products and cannot provide proper service. Their prices really aren't that great either, but I would happily overpay for service if it meant things actually worked as intended.
