Absolutely terrible! No one every answers the phone. Email responses take weeks. This company moves at a snails pace. Quite literally the worst customer service I have every experienced. I needed to update my car insurance when I was selling a car. The company took so long to get back to me I had to go with a different insurance provider.
I have tried calling this agency numerous times over the last 2 months and have left countless voicemails to discuss the homeowners policy I have with them. I have had 2 separate people respond to my emails that I will hear back same day and never get a call. I have made it pretty clear that it is urgent that they call back and they still do not. It seems like the only time they get back to you is when they want you to buy something.
