I've had a great experience with Jolene Weber regarding my renters insurance. I enjoy paying it all at once in the fall and not thinking about it again until the next fall. If I had a car or a home, I would use Allstate for the insurance.
I went in to their offices about a month BEFORE my policy renewed to discuss whether any changes can or should be made to my policy. They said I should just accept it as is without discussing any possible changes with me which was disappointing. About a month AFTER my policy renewed and was paid for the next 6 months, I then got a call from someone from their office wanting to discuss whether I should make changes to my policy. The caller was polite and just doing her job, not her fault, but it was further frustrating experience none the less. Next time I have reason to look into a change, it will involve considering another company.
Not in good hands by any means with this company or agency. We had a terrible loss and a vehicle stolen. There was no communication unless initiated by us. We were laughed at by the agents in this office who sold us the policies and they said we weren’t covered. They used our loss as an opportunity to try and prey on us telling us we needed MORE coverage. We pay for 3 policies and have added “extra” coverage paying hundreds of dollars on each policy to ensure coverage in ANY event. When we asked why the extra coverage didn’t apply when we were told it did we were told “that’s how I was taught to sell insurance”. When filing an investigation with Allstate to have our recorded conversations looked into the response was “we changed phone companies and don’t have the recordings but the agent is a seasoned insurance agent and wouldn’t have lied”. There is way more that they have done to us throughout our claim and we are left with no vehicle and 20k in debt. This company and office has worked harder to not cover us and take our money then they ever have or did to try and help us. It is absolutely disgusting how these people treat customers who pay a lot of money and expect to be taken care of if and when something terrible happens. I do not recommend ever using Allstate and if you do, DO NOT go through this office.
