I see a lot of 5 star reviews for this company and thats why we decided to work with them. My company worked with Voy for the past 3 months and I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 star because the team is nice, friendly, polite and they did try but the results were very very poor. At the end of the contract the new account manager said he could turn things around with more testing, but we didn't renew for the following reasons: the plan he came up with to fix things didn't take into account the TOF targeting which we feel is an important part of our past success; we couldn't afford to take on more losses for several more months as they gathered more data and did more testing; and things were actually going from bad to worse after the previous account manager left and the cofounder took it over. They also made a lot of careless mistakes earlier on which wasted a lot of our money. Example: Running ads with Halloween creatives and non-existent discount codes well past Halloween. Things like that. My opinion is that this agency might be okay for new businesses starting out with google and facebook advertising or for businesses that are okay with a lower ROAS but not for businesses which spend a lot of money or require a minimum overall ROAS of 3.5 to 4 to be successful. For the months of November and December we spent $322k in ads with Voy and had a loss of $10.5k (ROAS 2.49). This really killed us because we rely on those to months to be very profitable every year. As a comparison, the prior year (granted this is pre ios update), when we were running the ads on our own we spent $150k in ads and had a profit of $175k (ROAS 5.8). Even looking at the 3 months prior to working with them (post ios update) we spent $210k in ads and had a profit of $147k (ROAS 4.4). We asked them to refund some of the fees (approx $40k) they charged us for the past 3 months to compensate for the poor performance, but of course they refused. They make their money even if your company has a loss. To be honest, it's not the loss or the fees but the lost profits that we rely on from our Nov and Dec sales that really hurts. Even if they did refund the entire fees, it wouldn't come close to offsetting that unfortunately.
