Velocity IT is exceptional to work with. The willingness to help from everyone on the team comes in spades. They are friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and always solve my problems quickly. The team also educates for user ability and explains where there are limitations in what I am asking and why, to help me process functionality of my system better. I also like that the wait is minimal to solve problems - in a panic, minutes feel like hours of lost productivity - they have a great system to move things quickly or they work really well together or both - it works in my favor, either way!
