I come here regularly to buy items and I finally had something worth selling, so I figured I’d sell it to my regular pawn shop. However, when I got there, without even looking at the item (a diamond) or the certificate authenticating it, they told me they don’t purchase diamonds at this store. I thought this was a bit odd, but decided to check out another shop. When I got there, they informed me that this store called ahead and gave them my description and said I was going around trying to sell a fake diamond. USA Pawn didn’t even SEE the diamond I was trying to sell, or the certificate I have authenticating it. And when I called USA Pawn to ask why they were telling other shops that information, they told me that was what they were told as well? I’m confused as to why they’re not only lying about my reputation, but also spreading that information around, without even looking at the diamond and certificate. I was a regular and loyal customer, but I will no longer be spending my money at a place that not only questions my integrity when I have evidence to prove otherwise, but spreads that information around as well.

I really don’t ever write negative reviews, but feel like I have to share this experience. Store hours express being open at 9:00am so at 9:10am I call. The phone never goes to voicemail but keeps ringing so I stay on the line. After a couple minutes someone picks up and very rudely says to stop calling they are trying to open the store. I try to say sorry I didn’t know I was just staying on the line. I was then told I was disrupting the business and making things worse. I understand it was early in the store hours, and had I simply been told “sorry will you please hold we are still trying to open the store” I would have been just fine, but to be personally attacked for calling during store hours. Feels like that’s not the best customer service.

I've been using USA pawn for a long time Beaverton OR location! Have to loans through them at the moment.employees have always treated me nice! I just picked up a layaway item I've been paying off today. an Xbox series x with two used controllers!!!I had a problem with one of the controllers unfortunately.l called in and they had me talk to a manage they said nothing that can be done unless.. I take back in everything. I'm not unhappy with the system itself. I'm unhappy that this controller was included as the second.it is Been hand painted over and missing screws. if I brought this controller in you guys tomorrow you would not buy it or give me a loan on it because of the conditions it In. A controller in this condition should have never been sold with the system. I don't care about the money or the controller or getting anything out of it. But it should be looked into! Question if I brought in a Xbox series x with a destroyed warranty seal would you take it?

A few months ago I went to another pawnshop near this one and the experience was so uncomfortable I left without doing what I went to do. Today, after reading the reviews for this business I realized that all the bad reviews are super old and all the new was good. I’m so glad I gave them a try! They were very helpful, asked good questions, made good suggestions and then offered me a very good fair price for the ring I had to sacrifice for an urgent situation. No skeevy vibes at all.
