I really don’t ever write negative reviews, but feel like I have to share this experience. Store hours express being open at 9:00am so at 9:10am I call. The phone never goes to voicemail but keeps ringing so I stay on the line. After a couple minutes someone picks up and very rudely says to stop calling they are trying to open the store. I try to say sorry I didn’t know I was just staying on the line. I was then told I was disrupting the business and making things worse. I understand it was early in the store hours, and had I simply been told “sorry will you please hold we are still trying to open the store” I would have been just fine, but to be personally attacked for calling during store hours. Feels like that’s not the best customer service.
