They have zero price listings feel like they change their prices . I’ve went for 8 hour was smooth but when it came to paying it felt like they made up a price I just paid because I needed my renewal ASAP

I enjoyed the classes, the instructor was very informative, caring, easy going, and straight to the point. Told stories, played out different scenarios of what can happen on the job, the dos and donts etc. The classes were very engaging and interactive. Everything was straightforward and common sense. He’ll give an introduction and inform us of things we need to know and then he’ll put on a video of the things he went over and then we’ll take a very short 10 question quiz very easy common sense questions so do not worry. The staffs were respectful. Classes start at 10am. The only issues were coming in early and having to wait for people who were late. The classes are mixtures of peoples first time , second , and third time or coming back for the renewal. This can be annoying for some folks because the instructor would have to go over what he went over in your previous class to accommodate everyone. But he made it work. Everything is first come first serve (depending if they could make space for you) so just be on time and don’t be late. My experience was great. This is just based on my experience everyone else’s are different. The full package is $400 which includes the 16 hour OJT, 8 Hour pre assignment training, NYS Security Guard license and the fingerprints. May be pricey for some but for me it wasn’t bad at all. Get ready to learn, engage, and take some notes, laugh, and get some 10s on your quizzes lol. It was all worth it at the end.

So I went on to the website to check out the services provided by the company only to be directed to register. Then after registration, you select what days you would like BUT I’d get charged when I get there ? There’s not a single price listed on any of the classes so that would mean that they’d probably charge me a ridiculous amount of money once I got there. It’s giving scammer alert. No thanks. Post your prices the same way you tailored your website.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to the school. It has nothing to do with the staff. The problem is the director of the school. He feels like he could talk to you like you're a child instead of an adult. I'm trying to understand something how are you supposed to be teaching us how to deal with the public and you can't even do it yourself. The director was upset because I said you don't talk to adults like their kids. It's not what you do it's how you do it. I guess I offended him even more cuz he was quick on giving me back my money. It must have been a sign from God cuz I went down the block to the new millennium security School and I was able to get a cheaper price for two annuals. I saved $50 and was treated professionally and respectfully at the New Millennium School.

I went to do my annual on a Saturday because I did not want to take a day off work. United was open, the staff polite and the training area was clean and pleasant. The instruction process was clear and easy to follow and I aced the test. I recommend this training centre without hesitation.
