Purchased this for my wife as a birthday present. Gave it to her on July 4th. She wore it for a week and it looks faded or tarnished… right now united insignia is closed for vacation till the 19th. Lets see what they say. Update: they called me back and made me a new charm... Hopefully it lasts more than a week this time. But customer service is aces
I ordered a 21in statue of the Policeman and child. I told John and his team that I live in Tennessee now. Even though they normally do not ship packages he did it for me and I am so glad and thankful he did. I received my package yesterday and it was pact really really good. My experience with John and his team was nothing short a fantastic. Once again I just want to thank you John and your team for the outstanding customer service that I received.
