My business was broken in to on 2-4-25. The majority of the claim (90%) are the items stolen which was approved about 2 months ago. For the past 6 weeks I have been waiting for someone to approve the drywall portion of the claim. My claims adjuster has been waiting for “a call” for about 6 weeks. I don’t realize she must be sending a telegraph around the world! Or possibly calling with one word per day. It’s ridiculous that it is taking this long to process a claim. I can’t help it if the business was broken into. But I have been waiting nearly 4 months for the claim to be processed. I reached out to Thimble about this and they asked the 3rd party claims adjuster to “reach out with an update”. That was over 2 weeks ago. I’m not sure my claims adjuster responded. When she does respond it’s with “I have to call someone and I’ll get back to you tomorrow”. Don’t use this company if you expect your claims to get paid! They don’t!!! You also can never talk to a human in this company. You can only send requests through their support area on the web. Amazon and even Google gives you better access to a human than Thimble does!!!
