Super easy to use! When you have so much on your plate, it feels so overtaxing to have to figure out insurance for your business. It also feels like that topic that is extra time-consuming and you know will be a hassle to take care of, but you have to. But Thimble made the process so easy and simple that I was done in like 10 minutes. No overcomplication and no calling a ton of people for quotes. When I did have a question. I was able to message on screen a real person and get my answer right away. So far an amazing process when getting started.

My favorite provider for business insurance, whether it's for short or long-term needs. Their rates are also competitive and I don't have any complaints after 5 years of multiple services. There's no app out there that's easier and faster!

Thimble offered a very good price for the time I needed coverage. It was easy to apply online and what was included was made clear. I felt the application procedure was easier than most.

My business was broken in to on 2-4-25. The majority of the claim (90%) are the items stolen which was approved about 2 months ago. For the past 6 weeks I have been waiting for someone to approve the drywall portion of the claim. My claims adjuster has been waiting for “a call” for about 6 weeks. I don’t realize she must be sending a telegraph around the world! Or possibly calling with one word per day. It’s ridiculous that it is taking this long to process a claim. I can’t help it if the business was broken into. But I have been waiting nearly 4 months for the claim to be processed. I reached out to Thimble about this and they asked the 3rd party claims adjuster to “reach out with an update”. That was over 2 weeks ago. I’m not sure my claims adjuster responded. When she does respond it’s with “I have to call someone and I’ll get back to you tomorrow”. Don’t use this company if you expect your claims to get paid! They don’t!!! You also can never talk to a human in this company. You can only send requests through their support area on the web. Amazon and even Google gives you better access to a human than Thimble does!!!

Absolutely love Thimble!! I wish they would send me a long-sleeve T-shirt or some stickers to promote. :) Getting general commercial liability insurance was SUPER easy and seamless, I was able to get what I needed in minutes. Super easy website to use, everything explained very clearly, and one can customize how much insurance is desired AND add additional insured instantly for respective events. LOVE Thimble!
