James Ray was very friendly and helpful. I told him exactly what I wanted and he helped us search. When I found a rug that interested me, I had already shown him pics of the space in my house where I wanted it to go. He made some good points about why I should get it but was not pushy. I appreciate an honest opinion. That’s why I showed him the pics in the first place. Thank you, James. And the prices are super, of course. I really like that I can have it for 5 days to decide whether I’ll keep it too.

The Dump is the best furniture outlet out there. Got a new king bed, nightstands, King koil mattress and box springs. I love my new room.

I had a great experience at The Dump in Irving, TX. The selection of brands available was impressive and surprising. I purchased 2 chairs from Interior Define and a dining table from Mitchell Gold Bob Williams after receiving an email that they had furniture from Interior Define in stock. From there, I sent a text which JOEL responded to very quickly. Additionally, he sent some photos of the showroom floor for that section so I could see some of the inventory. I also learned their insurance coverage is refundable as store credit if you don’t use it in the 5-year coverage time frame. JOEL was wonderful to work with! He listened to all my questions and listened patiently while I made decisions. He’s also very knowledgeable. Thank you for the amazing experience JOEL! The entire team, was also very kind. Everyone asked if I needed help and offered information if JOEL was helping another customer. Give The Dump in Irving a try!

We went to The Dump with an idea of what we wanted, we were met by Brandon who was helpful without being pushy we fell in love with our new leather accent chairs that only recently arrived. We literally saved thousands of dollars on these very unique and beautiful chairs! What a wonderful experience we had at The Dump!
