If I could give this company a 0 I would. It started with them creating the logo. They were using AI or something because it looked horrible. It wasn’t until we told them we wanted our money back that suddenly they escalated my husbands logo to the “experts” while the logo ended up coming out after several back and forth of what we wanted. Then they offered my husband to do marketing services like business cards and stuff which we thought, great keep it simple and easy. My husband worked with them to get business cards, shirts and vehicle logos.. It’s now been over a month and we still have no products. After my husband contacted them several times. First it started with my husband having to tell them what should be shipped since the guy had no confirmation. Then we had no tracking number even though we asked several times. And then suddenly the communication was very distant. Then we were told a specific day (mind you now a month later from when it supposedly shipped). Well said day came and still no products and no response from them. Well I took over and called them to find out what was going on. Come to find out they apparently had the wrong address. And by wrong I mean not even in the United States as an address, they sent me an address in Denmark. And are blaming the shipping company not their own company. Yet they couldn’t even tell me what address they had on file, I had to resend it again to them. Then I demanded the products get sent next day air with the hassle and loss of business my husband has had not having marketing tools in hand. The are fighting me on that as well and told me it would arrive Saturday and then suddenly it was another week from now. I got a tracking number but the products are still not shipped. At this point we feel like this company is a scam and are now working on getting our money back because we spent over $500. I HIGHLY you stay FAR away from even considering this company. Worst customer service, worst communication and we still have no products over a month later and now have to waste extra time and money getting it back and finding a new company.
