Wish I could give zero stars. I live in an apartment complex that uses this "security" team. There was a shooting at the campus today, went to the booth to see if they could call 911 to help and they didn't know the address of the complex they work at?!? How is this providing "security" if they don't know where they are! It's a joke. Id be surprised if they even have the proper licenses/certificates to work at a complex with over 1800 units!
