Never will I use this company for flight insurance ever again, and I would never recommend them to my worst enemy! I started a claim in October 2024 and as of today, March 31, 2024, I have been told 5 times that my Claim will be emailed to the supervisor to be escalated for approval but I never receive a confirmation email that anything is getting accomplished. At this point the only thing I could think of to get this case resolved is to report your company to the Consumer Protection Agency or to the Attorney General's Office.
