I moved in a few months ago and I have to say, I am very impressed by the management team. I have had a few little things come up and had to email or call and they ALWAYS get back to me promptly and with a good response! I know choosing an apartment can be stressful because you don't want to get stuck with a bad management team, so I am writing this to express my happiness with the care I have received thus far.
HORRIBLE experience with everything after the tour of the building. There’s SO much to complain about that I have to use bullet points. •Locked inside of my apartment for HOURS because the door handle came off. This happened TWICE. •Electric heaters stopped responding to thermostat and were on HIGHEST temperature for DAYS without being fixed. Management promised to reimburse me for the excess electricity used, but never did despite my request through emails. •ANY maintenance request comes with a minimum of a FOUR HOUR wait window. NO exceptions. •Garbage room is DISGUSTING and despite being “secured” bums somehow keep getting in. There is a regular who lives inside of the room- set up makeshift bed and takes cans for deposit $$. •NO breed restrictions on dogs and dogs are allowed to bark, howl, and run rambunctious throughout the units. •STRONG Marijuana odor throughout building. •Staff is unprofessional, often incompetent, and not motivated to address tenant concerns in a timely fashion. •Makes mistakes by posting 10-Day Notices on the WRONG doors. Happened to me twice.
