Sonitrol is a mess: -sending the police on a false alarm when I had explicitly instructed them not to -sending the police on a false alarm when no siren went off in the restaurant, no call to the restaurant, and no call to my cell phone -arriving early and preforming unordered work before a scheduled consultation -instructing us to cut wires to the pinpad when the alarm would not cease sounding, repairing the wire without looking into the cause, instructing us to cut wires to the pinpad when the alarm wouldn not cease sounding again, repairing the wires again, and then finally changing the battery. -finally, auto-renewing a yearly contract without notice 6 times Their customer service department ignored my requests to be released from contract, and now that the contract is over still won't answer my questions.
