There's currently a policy that you must make an appointment before anyone can help you. However the employees do their best to set expectations correctly. I called the national line to try to get an appointment (which this local office has no control over obviously) and got left on hold for over 5 hours, they never picked up. When I came back to make an appointment locally I was seen in less than an hour since I came early in the morning. The actual help I received was great, the woman I saw was very helpful, and the security guys were friendly and respectful. This is as good of a local office as I could expect considering it's a government building.
