I’ve had Smith Thompson as my alarm company for years, and more recently added the heating and cooling maintenance. I’m very pleased with their service. They really take the time to check everything in our AC units every time they come, much more thorough than any other companies I used in the past. Definitely recommend them for anything related to home security and heating/cooling.
Extremely pleased with Smith Thompson pest control. Had my regular scheduled service a few days ago & asked Kevin if he could also do a fire ant treatment that day. He accommodated my request without hesitation & also did a meticulous job with my routine service & was extremely pleasant throughout the process. I have not had any significant pest issues using their service over the past few years plus they are less expensive than the other well known pert control companies.
We have been with Smith Thompson Home Security for many years and have been very happy with them. We recently signed up for the HVAC maintenance and were not quite sure what to expect. Excellent! We highly recommend. Our tech was William, we can't say enough good things about him,. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and educated us (we wanted to learn and understand as much as possible.
