This place is fine until you need to cancel your insurance. It was a long and frustrating process of ignored phonecalls and voicemails and I started to wonder if it was a legitimate company. Eventually I got ahold of someone in the service department who kindly helped me out, but the email address that they had on file for me was wrong so I never received the cancellation paperwork. That's despite previous successful email exchanges. Several days and phonecalls later I got someone to pick up the phone again and send the cancellation paperwork to the correct email address. Definitely a pain, but thankfully it's over now.
