I'm new to homeownership and I have ADHD and a demanding job so not a lot of time, energy, or experience to deal with insurance. Seth has been wonderful at making things straightforward so I don't get all overwhelmed. He is very responsive and wise and I'm so glad he recommended flood insurance because my house flooded not long after signing up, despite not being in a flood zone (yay urban flooding (sarcasm)). Anyway 10/10 highly recommend.
