The level of unprofessional management and incompetence is beyond imagination, especially at the district management level. They promote people who have zero businesses and people management skills. I’ll never go back there!

Nobody is answering the phone for my spouse to get a new site. This is ridiculous it's been over a week and he's not working because nobody wants to do their job and get him a site.

It is vital to keep mind if you choose to hire securitas is: Any other vendor that needs access to your building or equipment will charge their $400 hourly rate to YOUR COMPANY while waiting on hold with securitas to put the building's alarm on test (alarm is disabled). All due to securitas not wanting to pay someone $7/hr or $0.25/hr in india to take phone calls. It's comedic that the hold audio is telling how you are very important to us and we have the best customer service yet they make the decision to understaff the call center because who cares if our customers wait on us.

Can't keep enough people. Pay is good but told different things by the top person. Must give up a personal life to do this. Pay is better than most. Top management has no plan to Iimprove things. One person allowed to take off despite shot of people. Likely has friends higher up No have to be in sickbed or not allowed off

Business needs not attended to appropriately. Horrible communication (no response to more than 70% of messages sent to staff). Contract not followed. Went more than a month waiting for an invoice issue to be fixed. Don’t recommend partnering in business.
