RAT INFESTATION: DO NOT store your stuff here!! & If you have things here you better go check on them. I have been renting a storage here for years & not once but now twice there has been a rat infestation that has ruined EVERYTHING. Today my husband went to clean out the storage after not being there for a year & to our surprise, everything was completely overrun by RATS and needs to be discarded. I am DONE paying this place to be a hotel for RATS. GROSS!!!! Before you ask.... NO I did not have any food or anything in my storage to attract these rodents.

The property, including the units, are clean, secure, and well-managed, which is hands down due to the facility manager, Joe. He goes above and beyond not just to keep the property clean, but to make sure every customer feels at ease and safe storing their belongings there. Without doubt this has been the best storage unit my husband and I have ever rented from within the bay area. Joe is the reason we’re loyal customers, and we’re so grateful for his dedication in what he does. We honestly wouldn’t consider storing our belongings anywhere else.

I've been a customer of Secure Storage for over a year now. Whenever I have an interaction with staff, they are always so friendly and accommodating. I recently lost all my keys, I went into the office and spoke to Joe. He was very friendly, thorough and efficient. I felt silly as it is about losing my keys. He went and cut off my lock, got my a new lock. It was super quick! It's like he was The Flash! Thank you Joe for not making me feel silly for the whole key thing and for being super fast!

Very happy with the customer service that I received. Hans showed me around the property and came to check on us while we were moving in. Joe was friendly when I signed my rental agreement. Awesome location and great security. Highly recommended.
