Great service by friendly young guys who do good work, fast. They copied both my antique house keys, and my high security motorcycle keys, (which requires a special type of milling machine). Like most professional locksmiths, they are more expensive than a hardware or coin operated robotic key cutter. But Ace hardware quoted me $40 each to do the motorcycle keys, then after looking at the original, and the OEM key blanks which I brought with me, they told me they had the machine - but not the skills - to actually do it. Schwenk had both, And cut the keys with no trouble. They cost me $55 each. (They are not set up to do the chip programming for they keys, however. I had to go back to the motorcycle dealer to have them programmed). It used to be that you could get a key copied for almost any lock for a couple of bucks. Now that they are high-tech and super expensive - over $100 each at the end of the day - it's worth going to a professional who knows what they're doing. (Pro Tip: Put Apple Air tags or the Android equivalent on your keychains. They are a LOT cheaper than replacing "smart" vehicle keys.)

This place has been in the same location for years. I personally never needed to use them until today. A couple of days ago I went to the Home Depot to have a couple keys made for my car, after the keys were made I tried them out and guess what? You got it, they didn’t work. I decided to go to the Professional and have him do it. He looked at the keys and said instantly found the problem. He said “those keys don’t have a shoulder, your keys need a shoulder” long story short he made me 3 new keys and everyone of them worked silky smooth in the tumblers. Next time I’ll save myself the headache and just come here.
