Santa Clara County Social Services - General Assistance

The service here is unsatisfactory at best. The person attending me acted as if they do labor intensive work with every task. Even answering my questions seemed too intense for them. It's worse over the phone because they will go out of their way to make sure they sound inconvenienced by you and are also very dismissive. I've had better service at the DMV, very pleasant compared to here. To quote my favorite radio show 106.7 KROQ: "You guys need to do more better!"

We have always had good experiences with social service agencies at Santa Clara County. My worker here has been very kind and very helpful in every way possible. He genuinely wants to help us with everything we need. God bless him! Very busy place, I saw a lot of people applying, looking even busier than DMV.

These people at this office don't really care about anybody especially when you need help all they do is point you back to the caseworker that's ignoring you for the last 2 months this county needs to work on things they're not helping they're making things worse and the person that was talking about Brianna she's the worst she doesn't do anything she just makes you wait wait and wait and does nothing

I waited on the phone for 30 minutes. I finally got someone on the line who said her name was Brianna, and she hung up on me. Boo Brianna, thanks for wasting my time, please do your job. Kudos to Alan, for picking up my call the 2nd time I tried calling after waiting for another 30 minutes.
