Very nice building. Wait was minimal during the morning. Although a line was forming at 10 am, Which is for getting you a number to the correct window. It does move fast. Also, it is best to fill out paperwork ahead of time along with having an appointment. Plenty of parking. Don't feel you have to park right up front to the entrance. Unless you really need to.

Plenty of free visitor parkings right in front of building. Only 3 others were waiting in lobby. Took less than 10 minutes to get birth certificate copies without appointment on Friday morning.
