My agency used SalesFlow last year to help with email marketing and lead generation. After 3 months and $6k with no leads and very poor follow up of results and next steps to get back on track, I asked to pause charges until I saw some progress, one quality lead or better email engagement. They declined and so I decided to cancel. The cancellation process had its own set of difficulties. I did ask for money back and never received a response, so I had to cut my losses and move on. One concern I had was that emails sent did not include a way to unsubscribe, which is in violation of current CAN SPAM regulations. And if one of the email recipients complained, my agency would be liable for any fines. Considering they tout their expertise in email campaign engagement, this should be part of every process. Hopefully this has been addressed.
