The manager zanab or however her name is spelled wouldn’t reduce a pair of shoes that was severely scuffed up and said I could go home and clean them up. Mind you, Ross is supposed to be selling brand new items, when would I ever need to take home a full priced brand new item and clean it.
The store was amazing wasn't too crowded The line for checkout moved very quickly they were very friendly workers felt safe in there and there's stuff is reasonably priced for really good product Thank you Ross I will be coming back
I’m disappointed with Ross management. I went today to shop the markdowns and I saw an employee shopping inside before the store was even open. Her cart was extremely full, so full that she took about 20-25 minutes to check out. I called to bring it to the manager’s attention, that is when Kyle said it wasn’t against policy for an employee to be inside the store shopping the markdowns before it opens and that yes she got a lot of stuff but she has tons of family. It’s frustrating because we as customers should be able to shop these amazing deals without having an employee take most of them. Ross you need to have your employees shop as customers and not get the best of the merchandise while the store is closed. Honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if this employee is a reseller.
First off awesome products and prices! Second, they have one person checking people out on the weekend before Christmas and over 50 people waiting in line. Ross time to pay a more livable wage so you can have enough employees. Step up!
