As a property owner, I do not recommend RMS. The first time I hired them they had a professional guy working for them named Reed, and the experience was good. Eventually I had more time so I took over the property management for a few years. When Covid hit, I needed help with a tenant (who RMS found) who stopped paying rent and was being confrontational. Reed was no longer there, so I was dealing with Kevin. Kevin caused me more stress than the tenant. When he emailed he didn't form complete sentences, and made many typos, and was vague. He wasn't forthcoming with information about my tenant or the status of past due payments, and made a big accounting error that would have cost me hundreds of dollars if I had not checked it. It was a relief when I pulled the plug and took back the management. Never again.
