The Regent5 team is incredible. I’m not the most tech-savvy person, so I love that I can rely on them for all of our AV needs. They helped us set up our WiFi WAP/TV/Cable/Apple TV/Sonos system across our entire home (indoor/outdoor). Anyone that has ever dealt with Sonos and Apple TV knows this is tricky. Their ongoing support is topnotch. They are very responsive via email or phone, they can troubleshoot remotely but also act with speed if I need them in-person. Again, I’m not tech savvy so their willingness to service in-person at the drop of a hat is really important to me! Overall, I’d highly recommend.
