While there were some communication issues both before and after the shoot, and a slight delay in receiving my photos (which I had to email about before getting them), the shoot went well and I’m pleased with our photos. Photographer was professional and easy to work with. Generally a good business model, but I do hope the website will be updated to reflect all relevant info (I was told they’re in the process of updating) and that communication is improved.
Had a wonderful experience with Snapped to photograph a family event. Made the request on fairly short notice but the business was prompt and responsive and sent a wonderful photographer who gave us beautiful pictures and even had some tricks up his sleeve to get a baby to look at the camera! Highly recommend.
I have used Snapped several times, and have always had an exceptional experience. This last time, a photographer named Karl came to my home to take some family shots. Karl took some of my absolute favorite photos of my grandparents - he is a wonderful talent! Thank you, Snapped, for the great service and the beautiful photos.
We had a wonderful experience with Snapped! Karl our photographer took amazing family photos for us that we will cherish for a long time to come. It was a quick an hassle free process with the photos emailed to us the day of the shoot. We had to reschedule a couple time due to bad weather, but the team at Snapped were very accommodating and Portia responded immediately to any of my emails. I would definitely recommend snapped to our friends and family.
