Amazing service! I dropped my Sony A7Cii off in the NYC office for a broken control wheel and got a fast estimate, but I realized that I wanted to get my camera back for before a vacation. Unfortunately, my request was too last minute so I was unable to get my camera back in time before July 4th. However, Valentin spoke with me on the phone and went above and beyond; he helped speed up the repair and organized shipping it to my apartment. Fantastic help and customer service, as well as better pricing compared to sending it to Sony themselves. My camera came back in a better, cleaner condition than when it first entered the shop and the repair went perfectly. Could not recommend enough.
