I have been with Paycor for years. This last payroll wasn't processed in time (first time in years) and they charged two payroll processing fees overdrawing my account. SO in addition to two payroll fees I have overdraft fees I have to pay. I have called THREE times for a resolution and was told I would get a call back each time and I am still waiting. I am switching payroll companies immediately.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. The efforts that I have made to get assistance with issues when processing payroll is beyond what anyone should have to make when dealing with a payroll processing company. The responses to emails are extremely slow or don't come at all. Providing such poor service when processing payroll is under such a time constraint is unacceptable.
