If I could give 0 stars I definitely would! I am so glad that we no longer use this company! I still have access to login and view certain details, but can no longer access check stubs, wage information, etc. Why can't I see information that I provided? Just because we found a better payroll company to use? I had to chat a BOT to get to a real person on chat, to get a 1st name only and # for my Paychex rep. Over the next hour, I had to call 3 times and get transferred multiple times just to get someone that said they could help me and email check stub info I requested. And 5-10 mins later....I still don't have the email. So I will probably have to call back and go through all of that again. AND THIS IS WHY WE CHOSE A DIFFERENT PEO TO WORK WITH!! DO BETTER!!
