They spent 4 months avoiding us after they canceled one our claims. The guy they sent from furniture solutions told us to stuff our own couch with feathers. Mind you we spent 500 dollars for insurance on our couch. Than they very rudely said our couch wasnt covered. 1 cushion would be covered not all 3 like they said. This company is nothing but a scam. If i saw their name attached to any business I was doing. I would walk out right that moment maybe even run.
Company buys leads and calls them continuously regardless of request to not call further. We have received 7 calls from them and requested to be removed. Got hung up when I requested, called back twice and was subsequently hung up on. As a business owner, looking for dental insurance for my family and company basic internal systems to handl lead databases and do not call lists should be a basic function.. I can only imagine how good their other systems and processes aren't... When I called them to let them know of the issue I was hung up on.
