I ordered online and picked up a poster collage I made for me and my boyfriend’s anniversary. When I got home and looked at the poster, there were faint lines running up and down the poster. Also, I measured the poster, and it was an inch too long than what I ordered and did not fit into the frame I had bought. I went back a few days later and showed them what was wrong. One of the workers there was extremely rude and insisted 1) it wasn’t the printer causing the lines, it was my pictures (even though the lines didn’t show up in the preview) and 2) that there was nothing they could do for the poster size and that I would have to cut it myself. He offered to reprint it and give me a refund if I didn’t like it. He told his coworker to reprint it and said that there will be lines on it again. After he left, another man stepped in that was amazing. He asked me to tell him what the problem again was and I explained what had happened. He reprinted it and there were no lines confirming that it was indeed the printer causing the lines! He also measured the poster and confirmed that it was too long and cut it for me. I am so thankful for this man that stepped in and how nice he was, however, I will not be returning because of the bad customer service I experienced from the other employees.
