Unfortunately this location is terrible. You go to the kiosk and put in your info and a ticket is printed for you. You will stay there for at least 2 and a half to 3 hours waiting for them to put your number up on the board to be called. Sometimes they skip your number. The staff is not helpful. They are aggressive and rude. The supervisor is rude as well. When I was 7, 8, 9 months pregnant I had to constantly go there to make sure they added my baby to my case before I given birth. I was yelled at by the supervisor when I approached her in passing to ask if she would be able to assist me like she had before. She also yelled at my bf when my number was finally called. He was asking the person at the window a question and she yelled that it's not his case and shes talking to me and not him. I also wanted assistance for childcare and was told I didn't qualify because was not working or in school. Which made no sense because I was in school and had proof uploaded to the HRA app. I don't understand why all these locations have such hostile people working there. If I am cordial and polite to you especially being pregnant and you respond with rudeness and aggression, it's very disheartening. It took me going to the Coney Island location for anything to really get done on my case. HRA waited until 3 months after my baby was born before they added her to my case. I now have to pay doctor and lab bills out of pocket because they took so long to put my baby on my case. Smh. Just horrible. All the other reviews saying you'll be in and out of this location less than an hour is not true. I've been to this location many times and each time, I was there about 3 hours just waiting. Sometimes I would be there until they close before my number would be called.
