While the event at 1 Centre Street had a few logistical hiccups, I truly appreciated the effort put in by the HRA team on the ground. The turnout was much larger than expected, but staff like Shareefa Jones and Joseph did their best to step in, offer real-time support, and connect directly with attendees. Their professionalism and empathy made a big difference in a tough situation. It's clear that better communication and crowd management would have helped, but I recognize that not everything goes as planned — especially with large city events. I’m hopeful that future events will be better structured and more transparent about appointment requirements. Kudos again to the staff who stayed present, answered questions, and took resumes seriously. That level of follow-through gives me hope.
