Tony was awesome, knowledgeable, flexible and personable through the process. Didn’t try to rush us and when we had specific needs, he was excellent helping us with options. Wasn’t worried about him getting us into a car we didn’t want, happily found the perfect car. Will def be referring NW Jeep and won’t be buying a car anywhere else
Tony A. is your man to work with when you buy your next vehicle! Over the last 25+ years, I have owned 3 different RAM trucks. I have always shopped around but end up purchasing them from Northwest Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram! Tony is the perfect example of why I keep coming back and purchasing from them. He was extremely helpful, very transparent, and extremely easy to work with. He helped make sure I found the truck I was looking for. After talking with me about various options and requirements, he pulled trucks in from their off-side location as well as off their lot to ensure I could sit in, test out, and really get a feel for which was the right truck for me. The entire time, he was patient and never pushy. Tony was truly a pleasure to work with and helped to ensure I found what I wanted, helped to get the pricing that I was looking for, and honestly was the one that made the deal happen. I highly recommend working with Tony A. when you think about your next vehicle!
I had a great experience at this dealership! I came in feeling pretty indecisive about what I wanted, but Tony was incredibly patient and personable throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer all my questions, never made me feel rushed or pressured, and made what could’ve been a stressful experience actually enjoyable. I really appreciated the no-pressure atmosphere and genuine customer service. Highly recommend checking them out if you're in the market for a vehicle!
We stopped by the dealership today just so our 3 year old son could see the Jeeps (he’s absolutely obsessed) and the team could not have been kinder! We were upfront that we weren’t there to buy, just to let our son live out his Jeep dreams, and they still treated us like valued guests. They even brought a Jeep around just so he could get a closer look, and took the time to tell us all about it. It meant so much to us and to him. The staff was friendly, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic, and we’ll definitely be back when it’s time to shop for real. Special shout out to Steve and Jared R. for making our little guy’s day so special! Well done, Team NW Jeep!
This was my very first time buying a vehicle and they made the process super smooth and easy with no stress!! Jared was extremely friendly and broke everything down for me. I was able to even have my mother buy a car from them the next day!! I 10/10 would recommend!
