I was initially excited about the possibility of joining the program. However, I was informed that the test could not be taken on an Apple computer, which turned out to be inaccurate. I went to the testing location, signed in, and completed the exams—passing one and failing the other. I was eager to retake the test, and the staff at the location confirmed that I could use an Apple computer for the retake. They also assured me that I would be contacted to schedule the exam. After waiting several days with no response, I reached out via text and email, but received no reply. This lack of communication and follow-up is quite unprofessional.
