I had an excellent experience with Nebraska Furniture Mart for our wood-look tile purchase and installation! From start to finish, everything went smoothly. Our salesperson, Tony Bishop, was incredibly helpful—knowledgeable, patient, and made sure we found exactly what we were looking for. The installation team did a fantastic job as well. The tile looks absolutely beautiful and completely transformed the space. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and the service. Highly recommend!

Tony Huff is Amazing! I was in the market for a new TV this time something a bit bigger. Tony Huff did an amazing job with helping me make the best decision. It's better to go there in person. I got a better deal if it wasn't for Tony I probably would have been spending a lot more elsewhere. Great customer service and the team who brought in my television 85inch did an amazing job with mounting it.

I've bought a nightstand and entertainment center in the last month from the Ashley Willowton collection. They are beautiful pieces. One order was purchased in store. The store is great, huge variety. Customer service was excellent, very attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, ave efficient. After ordering and paying directly from the sales floor we drove around to pick up where the staff loaded up quickly. The other was an online order. Originally I was told estimated arrival of Thursday for pickup. Then told delayed to Friday. Then Tuesday was told I could reschedule for an earlier pickup that day. We scheduled and waited about an hour and a half before arriving. Went thru the pick up location. They were very busy so we had a 20 minute estimated wait, we were told about upon arrival. No problem, again they were busy. Once our order came up they brought it out and loaded it up quickly. Everything about our experiences have been great.

Hunter was incredibly helpful and patient with me as we walked the various furniture areas of the store. He was able to look up items from my wishlist when I showed him so we could easily find the items. The checkout process was fast and easy. He was also able to accommodate my preferred delivery date and help me secure a protection plan the fit my needs. I am so excited for my furniture to be delivered!

The size and selection is unmatched! Totally blown away by the scale of this place. Fabulous displays let you walk around and experience every style imaginable. Nice grouping and decor ideas. Low key salespeople who can help when needed, but they don't hound you and are super helpful when you need them. One of the biggest Subway stores I've ever seen - and it's a small part of this place. Crazy good!
