AutoZone, I’m done. NAPA—you’ve got a customer for life. I won’t go into all the details, but the customer service at this NAPA location is on another level. These folks actually know what they’re talking about. Justin and Bob—you guys are the real deal. I’ll be looking for you every time I walk in. I have a feeling the rest of the team is just as sharp, but I genuinely appreciate the help you gave me with my truck. You’ve earned my respect and my business.
The guy help me about my transmission filter kit but he gave me the wrong one so I went back almost 6pm but I still returned it. Thanks but next time if you’re not sure just don’t check the specs so we don’t waste time and effort. Napa Prices are a lil bit higher than autozone and oreilly.
Just had the best 5 start service buying and installing a new battery. Dianna knows battery's ! Way to go NAPA ! She knows how to help us select and to install battery's - and has a wealth of other knowledge to boot. Great personality - Dianna steered us in the right direction ! lol Service like this makes it easy to be loyal. This was a normally dreadful experience turned into a productive purchase. Thank you Dianna and NAPA - you make 5 stars feel great !
